This work looks forward establishing. at least, the oucline of the present time psychoanalysis. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary to identify, since the beggining. the aspects of"our age" and, after that, the purpose over which the psychoanalysis articulare its practice, always taking into consideration the social and cultural changes. In Fonction et champ, Lacan would talk about the word and the language: "The one who refuses it, then, is the one who does manage to unite the subjectivity of his time to his horizoron”. Therefore, it is important to place the conception of Symptom, internally and externally; inside the psychoanalysis and the rurrent speech, the scienti1ic speech. In relation to this, the work presents some verifications about how the new entities are created and used; and the types of identi1ication produced to the subjects and in the sociallink; afterwards, the exploitation of these labels by the capitalist speech. This reflection allows the establishment of a psychoanalytic symptom conception that does not correspond to that of the scientific speech and does not search for the same objectives. In this place where the search is for effacing the symptom, the psychoanalysis answer will be to confer him his right place, the place of the real that we know as irreducible and that constitutes the heart of the symptom. To meet the market imperatives, the psychoanalysis ethical response. Supported by a clinic case, this work presents an attempt to elaborare the place for the psychoanalyst when he faces the subject who adresses his question from the called "new symptoms”.
