Abstract

The author addresses the notions of real and interpretation in the teaching of Jacques Lacan, especially in the period of his last decade. Working on the text L’étourdit, this conference discusses the interpretation of the transfer emphasiz- ing the real to which it aims. The author concludes by stating that the real to which the interpretation refers points at the logical impossibility of the sexual relationship, only deductible and differentiated from the return to the ineffable, to lalangue.
