Abstract

The article brings an important articulation between interpretation and the end of an analysis. It is questioned if the one who has not taken his/her own analysis until the end would be able to ascertain the direction of an analysis, or also to come up with an interpretation “á bonescient”, that is, an intentional interpretation which is done with full knowledge of the case and based on an objective. The author concludes defending Lacan’s thesis, present in The direction of the treatment since 1958, that having gone through the experience of end of analysis, not only is it necessary to get to know to what the conclusion refers to, but also it conditions the pertinence of the interpretation.
